Your Rights
As a client, you have a number of rights concerning the course of your treatment with me, including:
To a safe counseling environment free from abuse
If you feel anything during our work together may constitute a violation of my professional role, you may file a consumer complaint with the Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Protection webpage. You may also report any unethical behavior or grievance by any therapist or counselor with Texas Behavioral Health Executive Counsel (BHEC).
To request access to your client records
You may send me a written request via email or the contact page on this website. Note that I may choose to deny access to any portion of your record if I deem, in my professional role, that the release of all or a portion of the records would be harmful to your physical, mental, or emotional health.
